Unless another owner is identified, original text, articles, alerts, commentary, videos, photographs, graphics, content selection and arrangement, design, software and other materials created for this website belong to Ferreyra Abogados & Consultores Asociados or are used with permission.

The firm's names, signs, logos, distinctive elements and visual identity are protected by applicable law. Access does not transfer ownership or grant a licence beyond the uses expressly allowed here.

Client, institution, media and platform trademarks, logos, photographs, publications and content remain the property of their respective owners. Inclusion to identify experience, source, authorship or an external service does not imply transfer, sponsorship, exclusivity or general permission to use them.

You may view content, retain a temporary copy needed for display, share the original link and make brief quotations for information, academic work or analysis, provided that you:

• identify the author where shown and Ferreyra Abogados as the source;
• link to the original publication where the medium permits;
• do not distort meaning or imply endorsement, representation or advice;
• observe all statutory limits and exceptions.

Substantial or complete reproduction, translation, adaptation, editing, republication, commercial distribution, incorporation into products or services, licensing, public communication beyond statutory limits and systematic exploitation require the firm's prior written permission and, where relevant, that of the author or third-party owner.

Subject to statutory exceptions, you must not:

The firm does not claim ownership over legislation, decisions or other official public-domain materials. Original selection, arrangement, commentary, summaries, unofficial translations, visualisations and other author contributions may nonetheless be protected.

Editorial credits recognise each lawyer's or contributor's intellectual work. Publication does not authorise third parties to use their name, likeness, signature, voice or professional profile outside the work and website context.

To request a licence, report incorrect attribution or seek review of material you consider infringing, email ferreyraabogadosyconsultores@gmail.com. Identify the material, exact location, your relationship to the asserted rights and a response channel. Review does not constitute an advance admission of liability.

The firm may take reasonable steps to stop unauthorised uses and protect the integrity of its works, brands and reputation. A delay in acting is not a waiver.
